VENUE ("we", "us", "our") operates the VENUE mobile application and website at venue-app.co.za. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our services.

3. Venue information

Some venue listings on VENUE are sourced from publicly available data including Google Maps and business websites. If you are a venue owner and would like to update, correct or remove your listing, please contact us at hello@venue-app.co.za and we will action your request within 48 hours.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with servers in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
